Job Title: Sr Analyst Quantity Surveying
Job Location : Dubai
Job type: 12 months
Job Responsibility:
To provide the technical day to day commercial and quantity surveying interaction within Fit out team and its vendors and wider supply chain to support client with its internal cost planning and forecasting.
Deployment of estimating and quantity surveying skill sets to ensure correct estimation of project budgets throughout the various project phases.
Will develop and maintain the cost database to facilitate informed project cost estimates, cost control and project budget applications.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree
Specialization: Qualification in a discipline related to Engineering, Construction, Quantity Surveying or Project Management.
