The client was looking to hire +250 Call Center Agents for 3 months on a temporary contract in UAE.

Adecco assigned a dedicated project team to meet clients strategic objectives. The entire project was delivered within the agreed SLA, from screening and recruitment to on-boarding, visa and and payroll management.
We needed to successfully deliver the project within an initial time frame. Talent was sourced from Adecco’s diverse talent pool of candidates within the candidate criteria set by the client. About +1200 candidates were screened by our expert project team from across all emirates within UAE, followed by rigorous screening and interviews. We successfully on-boarded 253 associates within a short time frame.
